Our contactless service process is as follows;

Alterations/Repairs by Post

FREE* PICK-UP/DROP-OFF NATIONWIDE
Due to the current circumstances, we are offering a hassle-free, pick-up/drop-off service.

If you have an item that needs repairing or altering, please send us an email with some pix and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will then be able to advise you on types of repairs/alterations and their costs.

Once agreed on what to do and quote, we will arrange a free pick up from your address.

Upon receiving the item at our studio, we will inspect it thoroughly and either confirm or update the initial quote.

Once the item is repaired/altered, we will get back in contact with you to arrange for a free delivery and payment, usually done by bank transfer or over the phone.

Pick up instructions

Tools needed:tape measurer, scale, printer.

Should you not have any or some of these items, do not worry, we can still arrange for free delivery.

  • Pack all items neatly inside the smallest box or bag you can find.
  • Provide length, width, height, and weight.
  • Print out courier and address labels that we will send over.
  • Add the labels to the finished parcel.
  • The couriers will pick up anytime from 9 am to 7 pm, there are no time slots options, unfortunately.

The free standard tracked service we offer has no content insurance and is applicable to alterations/repairs charges from $50.00 upwards.

    • If you wish to insure your parcel, we need the total value of the content.
    • If the garments are newly purchased, keep hold of receipts, they will be needed in case of any claims of loss/damaged parcels.
    • The insurance charge will be added to your alteration/repair charge.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damaged items shipped with the free standard tracked service.
